DEPOSITS |

You need a 40% deposit of
the total cost of the tour, four (4) months before departure date to confirm
a seat or |

your tour. |

Final payment should be
made 30 days before departure date. Failure to comply with this requirement
will result in |

cancellation of reservation.
In the case where reservation of your tour is made within 30 days before
departure full |
|
payment must be made immediately
upon confirmation. |

|
Accepted methods of payment
is by cash or wire transfer |

CANCELLATION
POLICY |
|
|
|
Cancellations of your reservations
must be done in writing. We do not accept cancellations made over the |
|
telephone. |
|
|
|
A full refund of your deposit
less $250.00 administrative cost will be issued for any cancellations made
after |
|
deposit has been paid. |
|
|
|
There are no refunds for
deposits paid for cancellations made 60 days after. |
|
|
28 days before departure
date - 50% of the entire tour cost |
|
21 days before departure
date - 75% of the entire tour cost |
|
14 days before departure
date - 100% of the entire tour cost (also includes no shows) |
|
|
|
|
If Sunset Vacations cancels
the tour due to insufficient booking or circumstances beyond its control,
Sunset |
|
Vacations will refund all
money paid and the full refund shall constitute final settlement for the
client. Sunset |
|
Vacations shall not be held
responsible for any expenses that may have been incurred as a result of
the client's |
|
booking. |

TRAVEL
INSURANCE |
|
|
|
You are strongly advised
to purchase travel insurance to cover baggage loss, accidents, medical
emergencies, trip |
|
cancellations and the cost
of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness
whilst you are |
|
abroad and it is your responsibility
to ensure the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your |
|
particular needs. |

50% discount on your land
package/double occupancy for 15 paid passengers. |
|
One free complimentary land
package/single occupancy for a group of 30 paid passengers. |
